Honda Racing Reveals Its Team For The 2026 SeasonHonda Racing is delighted to announce the riders competing for the Japanese marque throughout the 2026 season in British Championship racing and at the North West 200 and Isle of Man TT Races.

Joining the already announced Ryan Vickers in British Superbike is reigning Endurance World Champion Jason O’Halloran. Jason returns to the domestic series in which he has achieved considerable success already, and indeed to a team with whom he is very familiar, having celebrated victories for Honda Racing in multiple championships in the early years of his career. Already a 28 times BSB race winner, a championship title is the target for 2026.

In British Supersport, five time champion Jack Kennedy continues into his third consecutive year with Honda Racing with his sights firmly set on a sixth crown. Whilst back-to-back championships with Honda were not meant to be in 2025, regular wins and podium finishes throughout the season showcased that Kennedy remains the benchmark in the Supersport category.

Following a dominant year of racing on the roads, achieving a one hundred percent podium record at the 2025 Isle of Man TT including two Superstock victories combined with further podiums at the North West 200 and front-running pace on the short circuits, Dean Harrison remains with Honda Racing. His victories at the TT, the birthplace of Honda’s racing spirit, further cemented Honda’s legacy as the most dominant manufacturer to ever race at the TT. Complimenting his road racing endeavours, Dean will make the switch to the National Superstock Championship next season.

Joining Harrison in Honda red once more will be John McGuinness MBE, who in 2026 will celebrate his 30th year of competition at the Isle of Man TT and 100 starts at the North West 200. Finishes deep inside the top ten at both the NW200 and TT, as well as personal best lap times at multiple short circuits throughout this year, clearly signal that his raw speed is yet to abate. Racing into 2026 with Honda enables McGuinness to further cement his legacy as one of the greatest road racers to have ever lived.

All five Honda Racing riders will be making their first public appearance at this year’s MCL show at The NEC on Sunday 16th November.

#22 Jason O’Halloran
At the end of 2024 I decided to stop BSB for various reasons, but the main factor was the opportunity to go and try to become a World Champion, which as a kid was always the ultimate dream. So when the opportunity came I thought ‘If I don’t go now, I probably won’t do it’. So to have gone to EWC and realise that childhood dream is amazing.

Of course, I always knew in the back of my mind that I wanted to win a championship in BSB. And now I’ve ticked the EWC box, it’s time to tick the BSB box. There’s definitely unfinished business, since the Covid years, I’ve won more races than anyone and I was only prepared to return if I knew I could fight for more.

I’m returning now with the team where it all started for me. My first factory deal was with Honda and they provided me with the springboard on which to build my career. So to do the full circle and come back to BSB as a World Champion and to return to the team where it all started, that’s the cherry on top of the cake.

Ryan Vickers
I’m extremely proud and privileged to be joining Honda Racing at a very important time in my career and also in the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP’s development. I am really excited as we set out on this project with clear goals, and to be joining a team with such experience and knowledge. I know we will be able to achieve great things together.

Jack Kennedy
I’m delighted to remain with Honda Racing for the 2026 season, it’s an amazing team to be a part of and after what we have achieved together already, I’m excited to continue our partnership and fight for another championship. The class of field in British Supersport has taken a real step forward of late which makes the challenge that little bit harder, but all the more sweet when you taste victory. I’m just as hungry as I have ever been, the drive, the determination, the passion is absolutely there and I’m giving 110% on and off the bike, which I think is clear to see, we are the only 600 out there consistently doing the business. I am solely focused on securing another championship title and I know I have the team around me to provide me with the tools to do so.

Dean Harrison
I’m excited to stay with Honda for another year and keep building on all of the hard work we have already done. Winning at the TT again is an obvious highlight from this year and to step back onto the top step of the podium as a factory Honda rider just shows what we are capable of when we put all of the pieces together. We’ve been fast everywhere we’ve raced this year, at the North West we were right at the sharp end and in Supersport I’ve been close to or sometimes even quicker than my teammate, and we know how fast he is! I always get excited about going racing so knowing we have another packed year ahead of us is a great feeling going into the winter.

John McGuinness MBE
I’ve been on a journey that has not stopped giving; it’s been like Christmas day over and over again! The position I am in is so unique, to be able to keep on going, keep on doing the speeds we are doing and to keep getting the chance to go and ride my bike, it’s unique, and I couldn’t be prouder to keep on going and be a part of this team. I can still hammer the times out, there’s no one else knocking at the door, and I want to keep on doing it, there’s no two ways about it. We were getting points in Superstock, and I tell you, they don’t give them out for free; that is a hard, hard class to compete in. We got on the podium at the North West in 24 and a podium again at the TT would be the cherry on top of the cake. I’m so proud to be a part of it still, to put on my Honda top and represent the brand. It comes with some expectation, you know, when you creep up to the start line on a factory Honda there are some eyes on you, and all that effort and all that budget that goes into it, but I still feel strong and I will fight to the end when I’m on the bike. I’ve spent over three decades on bikes, from two strokes to four strokes, bikes have changed so much and things move on, and I’ve moved with it. I love that. I love the bikes, a bike to me isn’t a tool, a brickie has tools – a trowel and hod, but to me the motorcycle isn’t just a tool to do a job, it’s so much more than that.

Team Principal Neil Fletcher
This is an exciting time for Honda Racing and I’m delighted to reveal our full team of riders for the 2026 season. In Jason and Ryan, we have two riders returning to the domestic stage, one of whom as a World Champion and the other having put together an extremely impressive debut year in WorldSBK. In both, we have proven race winners who I am certain will push Honda forward to the front of British Superbikes.

Whilst in British Supersport, retaining Jack Kennedy for another season was one of the easiest decisions to make. His speed, consistency and professionalism are the accolades of a champion and I am convinced that there are more titles to be won together.

Our commitment to racing on the roads remains as strong as ever in 2026, and with Dean Harrison and John McGuinness MBE continuing for another year, I believe we have the perfect combination of speed and experience. Dean’s achievements in 2025 speak for themselves and his performances across all classes he raced showed that he is a force to be reckoned with. Together, John and Honda have celebrated some incredible achievements and he brings such energy and enthusiasm to the team, which is of enormous value. To be racing together again, into his 30th year of competition at the Isle of Man TT and heading towards 100 NW200 starts, allows us to continue writing history together.
