Carl Fogarty joins Pocher to launch Ducati bike and engine 1:4-scale models

Pocher, the original premium large-scale model kit brand, has teamed up with four-time World Superbike Champion Carl ‘Foggy’ Fogarty to launch two new models celebrating the engineering and racing spirit of Ducati: the Ducati Panigale V2 Superquadro Final Edition and its Superquadro V2 engine.

To mark the launch, the 99th person to order Pocher’s 1:4-scale Panigale V2 Superquadro Final Edition was invited to an exclusive Pocher event with Foggy at The Bike Shed in London, where the motorcycle racing icon personally greeted the collector to sign parts of their model.

Carl Fogarty is one of the most successful World Superbike riders of all time, winning four world titles with Ducati, including his fourth and final championship in 1999. In celebration of this momentous year, the 99th-order reward gives one Ducati fan the rare chance to meet the racing legend and celebrate the craftsmanship, performance and community that unite Pocher builders and Ducati fans alike.

Finished in Ducati’s signature red livery, Pocher’s new 1:4-scale Panigale V2 Superquadro Final Edition captures the bold spirit and refined beauty of one of Italy’s most revered motorcycles. Comprising more than 700 precision-engineered parts, the premium kit recreates everything from the finely detailed engine and racing chassis to the multi-textured fairings, digital dash and authentic suspension. Functional features including steerable handlebars, moving suspension and a working chain give builders a tangible sense of the engineering behind the real motorcycle.

With a build time of more than 30 hours and a Skill Level 6 rating, the £789.99 model is a technically-demanding collector’s centrepiece, and a detailed tribute to the final chapter in Ducati’s celebrated Superquadro twin-cylinder story. Production of the real Panigale V2 Superquadro Final Edition was limited to just 555 units, making Pocher’s officially licensed recreation a rare opportunity for more enthusiasts to build and display the landmark motorcycle in extraordinary detail.

Launching alongside it is the 1:4-scale Ducati Superquadro V2 Engine Model Kit, recreating the engine that delivers 155 hp at 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm in its real-world form. The £159.99 kit contains over 122 precision-engineered parts, plus screws, and takes approximately three hours or more to assemble. Designed for modellers of all skill levels, it offers a more accessible introduction to Pocher craftsmanship and is supplied with a premium black gloss acrylic display plinth and etched nameplate, allowing the finished engine to be showcased alone or alongside the full 1:4-scale motorcycle model.
