LighTech revamps the BMW S 1000 RR with a brand-new range of racing-inspired accessories

Designed to enhance the performance of the Bavarian superbike, this range offers riders — whether on the track or on everyday roads — exclusive accessories, the result of a perfect blend of racing-inspired design and the refined craftsmanship of Italian manufacturing.
Control and precision: footpegs and lever kits
LighTech footpegs feature a monolithic structure of extraordinary rigidity that provides the rider with an absolute and immediate feel for the bike. Adjustable for height and rearward position, they incorporate levers mounted on three bearings, designed to withstand the most extreme stresses of the track.
The ‘R’ model raises the bar even further with racing-inspired details: folding footrests and toe pegs, carbon heel guards, titanium fasteners and red brackets (compatible with the optional Up&Down bracket). LightTech offers them for 835,70 euros. The aluminium brake and clutch lever kit completes the package, combining ergonomics with aesthetic appeal. Price: 276,94 euros.
Perfect tuning: dedicated chain tensioners
LighTech’s chain tensioners, machined from solid Ergal 7075, make managing the drivetrain a quick and intuitive process.
The external adjustment screw and laser-engraved scale allow for extremely precise adjustment, which can be further customised with the optional fork kit and a wide range of finishes.

Style and functionality: number plate holder and fuel cap
The LighTech number plate holder gives the rear end of the motorbike a clean, sleek look. The kit includes type-approved lights and reflectors, indicator brackets and a choice of six different mounts, including premium variants in carbon fibre and PA12 nylon composite or aluminium. Price: 149,45 euros.
Adding the finishing touch to the fuel tank is the 100% Made in Italy screw-on cap: a perfect blend of lightness and practicality, with a black exterior finish and coloured core, combining an intuitive locking mechanism with uncompromising robustness. Price: 152,50 euros.
Mechanics on display: clutch cover and pressure plate
The transparent aluminium clutch cover, machined from solid block, reveals the bike’s true mechanical heart, whilst withstanding impacts and extreme temperatures. The Lexan window — made from ultra-lightweight polycarbonate that is weather- and UV-resistant — showcases the internal pressure plate (available in black, gold, red and cobalt). Price: 919,88 euros.
The anodised aluminium clutch pressure plate cover kit, complete with a pre-fitted bearing, fits as a replacement for the original, requiring no modifications. Price: 69,54 euros.
Complete protection: engine and frame guards
To protect the motorbike’s engine without compromising on style, the billet aluminium engine and frame guards are the best choice for both road and track use. Anodised in black and featuring a laser-engraved logo, the range includes the left alternator cover (125,66 euros) and the right pick-up cover (268,16 euros), supplied complete with all necessary fittings.
Rounding off the safety range, the frame protectors for the BMW S 1000 RR follow the bike’s design to absorb impact in the event of a slide, combining maximum structural protection with a distinctly racing aesthetic. Price: 281,82 euros.
